Art in Nature
Norwegian Mountainfestival
Since 2002 the project «Art in Nature» has taken place every summer in Rauma, Norway, in connection with the Norwegian Mountainfestival. Gunn Morstøl is the founder of this project, and artists from five nordic countries have participated throughout these years.
In 2006 nine artists showed their works. At the opening of the Norwegian Mountainfestival July 10, I presented my prologue «Flowers to the glacier» together with my work. The effects of global warming is of great concern to me, and I wanted to use visual and verbal expressions to focus on the beautiful and vounerable nature.
